Whereas, another IT management function within the realm of IT management is a process focused system which works to increase processing speed of various applications, downloads and other processes. In addition, methodologies, frameworks and business process management are all aspects of this division of a managed services team. Last but not least, the process also focuses on providing a format in which other activities relating to IT and IT personnel are framed. Still, of main concern to process improvement are concerns related to the operational aspects of IT. As such, this area of IT is not related technological development but rather automated service features such as automatic update processing and general processing of data.
